This location is great. You can walk to the falls in 15 to 20 minutes depending on if you walk quickly or not. The hotel has its own parking but there is a $10 per night charge in addition to the cost of your stay. There is a Moe's in the hotel on the ground level. It's a no frills version of Moe's but the staff was very nice and did a good job with the food. We enjoyed some burritos from there. A simple breakfast is included each morning. Breakfast was from 7am to 10am. We enjoyed the breakfast. We found everything to be fresh, well kept and stocked frequently. We stayed during weekdays and it is quieter if you do their breakfast between 7am and 8am. It gets rather busy from 8:30am onward. I would imagine it is very busy at breakfast on the weekends. The staff was nice. Our room was clean and well stocked. It was quiet at night and we didn't have any problems sleeping. We were on the first floor and noise was not a problem. There are food options outside the hotel that are 2 to 10 minutes walk away and the casino is a quick walk away.

The location was walking distance to Niagara Falls & all attractions, as well as local food vendors and restaurants. We managed to do the Maid of the Mist; while I've been to Niagara before, I'd never done that! There was also some construction to one of the main vantage points on the American side of the Falls. Breakfast was also pretty decent, considering the amount of people and limited space to sit and eat. The beds were also really comfortable with fairly thick, supportive pillows (I can't stand a flat pillow, but that's just me).

We got into town a little early for our stay. We were able to check in as soon as we got there at 11:00 in the morning with a normal check-in time was 3:00 p.m. The staff was extremely accommodating with that and we couldn't appreciate it more

The room was huge, the bed was perfect after a long day of exploration and the hotel was perfectly placed to visit all attractions in the American side of Niagara and also close to the Rainbow Bridge to reach Canada. A very good value for the paid money.

We stayed one night at Wingate by Wyndham Niagara Falls on April 4, 2025, and had a really pleasant experience. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the location is excellent, just a short walk to the falls and other main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to the lady at the reception desk on the morning of April 5th, Her name Tinara, She was exceptionally kind and informative. She gave us great advice on how to spend our day efficiently and even offered to keep our luggage safe at the hotel after checkout, so we could enjoy the rest of our day without worry. That really made a difference and allowed us to make the most of our visit and special thanks to evening staff member Prince, Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay near Niagara Falls.

The hotel was at a very good location. The rooms are big and clean. The staffs were supporting. All the tourist locations are at walking distance and all informations are available at hotel. The breakfast was superb and i appreciate the breakfast team to provide our child before the starting time of breakfast due to early checkout to catch the airport bus. The swimming pool was open and we enjoyed there. Good restaurants around the hotel. It also has a big parking space. :)

the stay was pretty good i must say. the only minus was the time we were checking in. there was a lot of people in the lobby. i went to the receptionist and greeted her pleasantly and told her i went online to check in and done with the pre check in. then she told me ‘ yeah same with everybody’ ( sarcastically) i said okay. it was never a problem for me to wait, but she made a not so good response assuming i wanted to be accommodated first. she was the only minus of our stay. everyone was so nice especially the guy mopping the floor in the morning
